30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened pet food, treats, or supplements (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Return Process
- Contact happipetshop@outlook.com with your order number
- Receive return authorization and prepaid shipping label
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship back within 7 days of receiving authorization
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. A $6.99 return shipping fee is deducted from refunds for non-defective returns.

Need a different size or color? We've got you covered! We'll cover return shipping for exchanges and send your new item right away. Email us to arrange it.
