Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your happiness package ships!

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Canada. PO Boxes are welcome! Some oversized items may have shipping restrictions—we'll let you know before you order.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement promptly.
